Be inspired

My friend Eizu used to say
'If you were BORN POOR like some of us, it is not your fault, its life and your parents fault.
But if you DIE POOR or give birth to poor kids in this era, it is your fault!
And your kids should hold you responsible.

My Argument..
There's more than one way to be an educated person, school is only one of those over rated ways.
Yes, you read that right, School is one of those overrated ways.
Most of our half baked graduates can attest to this
Common sense, Travel, exposure,
depth and the 10 000hours rule of practice in whatever you do tops school in the hierarchy of education.
To reach the heights we need to reach in our country, we need more workshops, more mentors, less schools..
Steve Jobs dropped out but was mentored and worked in the factories of HP,
that's how he created Apple and a lot of his Gadgets.
The renowned Cosmas Maduka wasn't well educated but traveled to Asia as an Igbo trader in the heart of the Asian automobile market, came back as an equivalent of an educated man and today owns Coscharis Motors!
You probably didn’t know this, but Colonel Sanders was an illiterate and didn't see the walls of school, but he was well traveled, then gifted and educated in the business of creating special styles for fried chicken in Kentucky. Today KFC is one of the world's biggest fast food companies..
My point Read broadly, intern at start-ups, travel, meet people and spend time in an exciting workshop of your interest.
There’s no stopping you on what you have made up your mind on what you want to be. May each day, take you closer to the place of your dreams.
