Our Christmas Miracle : a few weeks ago, as I was driving down the road I saw a man from our church walking and it reminded me that we were praying for him a vehicle so I began to pray. As I was asking God to bless Him with a vehicle God spoke and said "give him yours".
I near about choked on my very tongue and replied.....whaaaaaa?!?!...I was afraid to speak to God for the rest of the day. He reminded me later that just the day before I told him that I wanted to learn how to walk on water, a new level of faith.
I began praying again so I could be clear that I was in fact hearing from God because WE needed a vehicle! You know God....I'm a single mom recovering from a rare condition trying to get back to work....like He didn't know all of this! The only peace I found was in obedience.
So I owed 500 on my truck. I didn't even know if this brother had the money to pay it off. I spoke to him and explained how God lead me and they just so happened to have the money to pay it off! We paid the truck off and handed him the keys. Now this didn't occur without a lot of concern from friends and family.
I was even told God wouldn't tell me to do something that would put me and my children at risk. God reminded me that if He could ask Abraham to sacrifice his son and then provide He could certainly ask Crystal to sacrifice a truck and provide. So I began thanking Him. I didn't know how or when but I thanked Him in advance for the vehicle He would provide for me and the boys.
Christmas Eve we had a surprise birthday party and brunch for one of my best friends. It was such a good time! Good food, lots of laughter and kids running everywhere! It was great! The kids opened gifts then Amber opened her gifts. Then I was handed a box by my best friend and her hubs to open.
A fire shot through my body and I thought oh Lord why do I feel like this?!?! I said you guys shouldn't have gotten me anything! The fire was still there. I opened it and saw styrofoam peanuts. Beneath them lay two key less remotes to a Suzuki......I couldn't wrap my brain around what I was looking at. I was picked up by the arm and was told...we couldn't wrap yours. My Angel walked me to the front of the house with everyone and they raised the garage door for me to see a sparkling suv with a red bow on it!!!!!!!!! God provided!!!!!!!! God never changes and is still the God of miracles! !!!!!
